FangedRose Posted August 23, 2022 #3 Share Posted August 23, 2022 (edited) Depends on what offers are in place. Reduced deposit and obc is pretty standard. In the past I've had both coach (or car parking) and a fair amount of obc. But it varies. It will get transferred to your preferred travel agent (if any) so you don't lose any benefits they may give you. Ranchi Posted August 23, 2022 #4 Share Posted August 23, 2022 If you can get a very low deposit then it puts you in a good position should the price of your cruise drop before the balance is due.
kevcharben Posted August 23, 2022 #5 Share Posted August 23, 2022 We booked a cruise for April on Arvia, whilst on a crusie end of July. We only had to pay £100 deposit so no great fuss if we dont go, oe as others have said we can look at the price when we have to pay balance. We also got £880 OBC 1st time we have done this but looked a good deal to me, it appears that this cruise was the 'special offer' as they were a lot of takers at the time

Don't forget the price can go up, the TA we are on is almost £600 more expensive
