Online Check In

Hi:

 

I have our cruise confirmation and booking no.  We have paid for the cruise in full, however when I go to the Manage Booking part of the MSC website, it only gives me options to purchase excursions or dining, bottles of wine, etc.  We sail on Sept. 1 on the Divina.  Shouldn't we be able to access online check in now?

As a new MSC platform user I found that if you try to log in to their mainframe using your last name and booking number, you only see limited things, such as excursions as such.  However, if you make an account as a new user, which is also an option, you will see your upcoming cruise and the web check in link.  Takes a bit for it to load after you log in.  I can't remember if I had to search for it with the booking number after I made the account or not.  But you definitely can't do the web check in without first making an account.  Go to the Manage Booking tab at the top of the page.

You should be able to go directly here and click the Enter Booking Number tab and complete it from there.

Great info.!  That didn't work for me but maybe I was just doing something wrong.

Thanks for the suggestions.  Using the advice of @Georgia_Peaches, I was able to make it work.  However, I had to call MSC to have them e-mail me my cruise documents.
