Luggage Storage in Southampton

We are taking another Cruise Line transatlantic to Southampton, spending 2 weeks in London and Paris and then returning back to Southampton for a Queen Mary 2 TA back to the states. Because of the more formal dress on Queen Mary 2, we feel we would like to store a medium-sized suitcase with some of our dressier clothing while we travel in London and Paris via train. We used a service like this years ago but it was too out of the way - quite a long taxi ride. I'm looking for something very close to the port. I have emailed my hotel twice to ask about them storing it as we will be staying three nights in Southampton before boarding Queen Mary 2; but no response. I know there are places, just hoping for personal recommendations. Thanks!

We’ve used Cunard’s storage doing just what you described many times.  I don’t remember the cost but you sign up for it at the pursers desk and you get special tags for the bag.

 

This may not be the cheapest alternative but it is the most convenient.  
 

The bag will be delivered to your cabin for your trip home.

That would only work if the poster was sailing both ways on  Cunard.

Oh, I missed that it was a different line, but the storage is there at the pier (or nearby) so I wonder if it's still worth asking the arriving cruise line if it can be done.
