Specially Dining Reservations Prior to Cruise

We have 4 cabins traveling with us and we are linked as traveling companions on our reservation.  How can I get all of us on a specialty dining reservation in the cruise planner.  I am not seeing an option to add others but we definitely need a large table.  Any info or suggestions are appreciated.   We are 111 days from sailing if that matters.

We generally have each cabin book the steakhouse at the same time, then choose the dining time. Once every cabin gets confirmed, then just wait till embarkation day, go to the steakhouse and tell them you’re all together.

Sounds good.

That's odd, if you are all linked together, when you go in to buy the specialty dinner you should be able to select all the guests in your linked bookings that want to attend and you get one reservation confirmation showing total number of guests.  Here is copy of mine from my booking coming up:

Cucina del Capitano

Day: Sunday, September 11, 2022

Time: 6:00 PM

Booking#/Guests: (6 guests)

If all involved are ok with it, you can add their booking to your cruises through Manage another booking (on the right of the page) in your Booking & Order Details tab. This would list their booking along with yours and you would see all that they see such as what they have purchased, excursions booked, fare prices, etc. I have adult children that have authorized me to do this so that everything can be booked together. Their bookings then came up for Specialty Dining and other purchase options. An extra way we all benefitted was that I was able to check all of the cabins in at the same time so our boarding times were together. They logged in the day after check-in and added their own cc info for onboard spending, ID info, and anything else I skipped during check-in. The Skip option came in handy.

The drawback is that I was unable to find a way to remove their booking from my list. This was not an issue for us but it may be for others.
