Try Frank’s AsadoAdventure.  Don’t know if he’s still operating but we had an incredible time in 2020 BC (before Covid).  Google him.

In case it is more about getting to know local food than about doing a tour, I would recommend to look for one of the "secret" restaurants or private home cooking offers, where you can spent a whole evening and get to taste a full range of food in an intimiate setting.
