Summit Interior Cabin: Prime or Standard?

Besides what appears to be a better location, what's the difference in these two categories? Is Prime a bigger cabin? Is Prime worth the extra $100 bucks or so?

What deck is the inside on? 

 

If inside is on the same deck as oceanview, what's the difference in cost between an inside prime and a regular oceanview??

The title says Summit.  FYI, when I sailed on her a few months ago part of deck 2 was used for quarantine.
