Celebrity and Sky Suite Benefits (will be on Infinity)

We are on Infinity Oct 1-Oct 8 in a Celebrity Suite (have been on Millie (Celebrity suite) and Apex (Sky suite)) and have friends in a Sky suite. We have not on Infinity before so a couple of questions and appreciate any thoughts/comments.

 

When can we expect to receive our welcome email from the concierge, or will we get one?

 

We are not aware of any additional perks beyond those of being in a Retreat suite and our Elite status, are there any?

 

Can we request the mini bar being stocked with specific beverages (wine, liquor, etc.) as part of our benefits?

 

Any other benefits you may have received or asked for and it was provided?

The benefits for a Sky Suite and Celebrity Suite are the same.

 

Sometimes we have received a email from the Shoreside Concierge sometimes not.  The CS does not include a liquor set up or any liquor other than the beverage package except  the bottle of sparkling wine.

 

We have had some Retreat Hosts who provided a bottle  or 2 of wine  during the cruise, some who emptied the mini-bar and restocked it with the soda and water we wanted and some who were quick to point out that the liquor in the mini bar was not included.

 

Since the mini-bar is handled by your Retreat Host you can discuss this the them when you are onboard.
