jphks Posted September 3, 2022 #1 Share Posted September 3, 2022 Holland Boarding Pass I went to the Navigator app to see my boarding pass, and it was not there. We leave on Sunday from Whittier. I receive an error screen. I have uninstalled, rebooted the phone, and installed and still no change. Holland representative did not understand my issues and continued to say I would have no issue board. Even if there is no issue, it is still disconcerting. Then print it out. I tried that also, did not work. I checked with a few others on our land trip, and they've had the same issue. I did print them out before we left. robotpony Posted September 3, 2022 #4 Share Posted September 3, 2022 This happened to everyone in our party in August, just before embarkation. HAL was aware of it and were able to print boarding passes in the terminal, though it did slow things down a bit. Luckily our app started working just as we got in line, and we had screenshots of our passes on our phones as well.
