Marseilles Hilltop Le Castellet shore excursion from NCL Epic in June ,2023

We are thinking of doing this shore excursion because we are not fans of a lot of walking around due to bad knees

 Has anyone taken this specific tour? How hard is it to walk around especially with the tour guide? And how much free time do we really get at each stop? Enough for a meal and relaxing? TYIA
