Recommendations for UK Travel agent

Good morning, Can anyone within  the UK recommend any particular travel agents they have used for booking with Viking please. We have in the past always used a specific agent in the north east but sadly they became a casualty during covid.

We have tried contacting Viking directly but not had much success as they don’t respond to emails and seem to take an eternity to call back, they might just be struggling with staffing levels like many in the travel and hospitality industry to give them the benefit of doubt.

Any suggestions greatly received.

We just book direct Crispy. I never have any trouble with getting through during the week, it is a bit slower at the weekend. I never email as so often those messages just get lost in the 'ether' but have found the London office to be really efficient.

 

Maybe, as you say, staffing levels are affected by  sickness/holidays?

I too always book direct and get a named agent to deal with going forward as needed.

On their confirmation email there is that agents direct email address.

Have used this in the past and always received a reply well with 24th so.

We always use the phone to contact the London office directly.  They are always very efficient.  We emailed from the ship when BA cancelled our flight home and were given 3 alternatives within a very short time.  Great service as always.
