The Princess casino offered a number of Prestige cruises for 2022, and we are on the Oct 22nd trip.  Has anyone already completed a Prestige cruise? Can you provide details of the Diamonds, Hearts, Spades. Clubs offer or any other specials associated with the offer?

Just disembarked the Crown August 27th Prestige cruise to Alaska. You will get an email asking about your preferences.  If driving they will pay your parking, if flying they will arrange pick up at the airport arrival day only I believe. If flying all your emails will say they will pick you up in baggage claim, did not happen for me or others.  I had to go looking for him was not happy but hey it was a nice SUV.

I chose the Diamond package and we did a whale watching excursion and we had the Chefs Table with galley tour that was just for our group.  There was Prosecco with bottle stopper,  big bottles of water, 2 bottles of Perrier, and some chocolate covered strawberries delivered to the cabin.  There were draws in the casino for those doing the Prestige cruise and a slot tournament, but I think that was dependant on which package you chose.

We were given an autographed cookbook and 2 photos at the dinner itself which was incredible.  I was given an apron, small charcuterie/cutting board and 3 jars of seafood spices the day before we got off the ship.

It was a nice experience and I would do it again.

This is a great report and sets the expectations.  We are arriving a day early, so it appears that the pickup may be off the table.  Was the Chef table part of the Diamond option, or was it one of those additional/special events?

I think it was a special event and as this was my first Prestige cruise I have no idea if it is usually offered, would depend on the ship and the Chef I would guess.

For those flying in the day before car service back to the airport should be an option, but you can check with the host.

Just wanted to add there were only  I think 40 of us doing this Prestige cruise as it was a late addition.  The one a few weeks before IIRC had well over a hundred maybe 150ish.  So that could determine what events are planned.

I had a great time met some nice people and all the staff I interacted with were amazing.

Did the August cruise, I would pick the suit with the dinner as all Diamonds got was a slot tournament that everyone and guests were in.  We didn’t want to do shore ex, so did 2 massages, very nice.  We got the wine stopper, 1 bottle of water and chocolate covered Strawberries twice.  Really liked the Prestige magnet they put on our door.  If guests would not have been included in slot tournament I would have been in.  You have to be in Casino on a machine to win free slot play, they seemed to choose anyone, not just Diamonds.  Our car service was great.

I was on the Aug 28 Ruby Prestige. As others have indicated, they provide airport pickup before and drop off after the cruise (or parking if driving) which is a nice perk. I chose the Diamonds package which included a bunch of drawings that you had to be present for, yet I was never called once for anything (they kept culling the same names out several times for people that weren’t present, which was obnoxious). Received a nice bottle of red wine, various chocolate things, and a gift package the final day of the cruise.

Of note, the Diamond ‘slot tournament’ was very poorly handled. I’ve been on several tournament cruises with Princess over the past year, so I know they understand how to organize these things, but this one was just a mess. People had to stand in line over an hour as they were just registering and doing the rounds as they went; it came across very disorganized and I heard a lot of complaints. Anyways, this particular sailing had 110+ Prestige cruisers but I’m not sure of the exact number. I wouldn’t do another one unless it was limited more exclusively.

my husband was part of the slot tournament on the Ruby in June.  It was handled very well, very well organized.  He said there were over 400 in the first round, went down to 200 and then down to 50.  He made it to the final 50.  It was held over 3 to 4 days
