$100 diff, Hyatt House / Hyatt place, Westshore Tampa Y/N?

Traveling east coast school Feb vaca,(prices always higher) myself and daughter. Both places are

in same neighborhood, so would you pay $100 more for Hyatt House ($336). Doesn't look

like a sketchy area for walking to the near plaza or restaurants. Might even take Uber if its really hot.

Day before the cruise.  Thanks for your input.
