So another car rental question

Ok, so we have rented 3 cars (Thrifty and Hertz-Hilo, Maui, Honolulu) and on each of our confirmations it says at the bottom in fine print: “Per the State of Hawaii’s Safe Travels Program, rentals only allowed to people not subject to quarantine. A QR code from your Safe Travels Hawaii account must be shown at the location upon pick-up of the vehicle”.   😳. Anyone else see this?  I figure things have changed and the websites have not been updated, but……..??
