Infinity Bay Resort Transfers?

Sounds like Infinity Bay is the place to spend a day at the beach. 

 

I am trying to find out whether the resort offers transportation to, and from the cruise terminal as we are not interested in a tour, just transportation.   It is not clear from the resort's booking form.

Good morning.  I emailed the resort last night as well and am awaiting a response.  I was looking here:

and noticed there’s no mention of transportation being included. Then when I click on the link to book the day pass, there’s a field for pickup time and even an additional amount depending on which port we arrive at.   I’d love to hear what they told you and compare it to what I hear.  Thanks and have a great Monday.

This is a cut and paste response that I received:

" To help you with transportation I need to know which port you're arriving at and how many of you will be coming. If you come to Coxen Hole Port keep in mind the following. When you exit the cruise ship, walk through the port shops, and make your way towards the excursion booths, we are under the name of Carlos Ramirez Rental Car. From Coxen Hole, the rate is $25 pp and from Mahogany Bay port the rate is $35 pp because it is a little further. If you are docking in Mahogany, please let me know and I will send you an attachment directing you from the port to your driver. The taxi service is paid to the driver in cash and the day passes are paid to the resort upon arrival. When paying in cash please make sure none of the bills are torn because the banks do not accept torn bills. "  

 

We will probably not go to this resort as they also advised that there are no umbrellas provided for day passes other than at the pool.  We want to be at the beach but need shade.

Thanks.  The only thing about this that I don’t like is paying the cab driver the full amount for half the trip.  I’m sure they’re legit but it goes my better  judgement.  I’ll reach out to them tomorrow.
