Spa Verandah - does it include the thermal suite?

In looking at a Spa Verandah, it does not mention if it includes the thermal suite. Does anyone know if it's an additional charge and what it is for a 7 day cruise?  The HAL website mentions "Spa amenities, such as yoga mats and exclusive treatments from Greenhouse Spa & Salon" but does not indicate what those exclusive treatments are -- assuming it carries an additional fee as well.

Thermal Suite 7-Day on Koningsdam in January "Starts at $149". " Heated Loungers, Hydrotherapy Pool, available on select vessels." (so may be additional?)

The Spa Verandahs have very shallow balconies, reported to hold two chairs and no table. These were under-booked cabins that were re-branded as Special! Here is a review:

You get some electrolyte waters, and THE USE OF a not-new yoga mat, i-pod type dock with speakers, and pedometers. Some ships (N.Amsterdam) show a little desk-top waterfall (noise maker).

 

The locations are nice and I actually had two adjoining ones booked on the Nieuw Amsterdam for next month, but had to cancel.
