Mflem1278 Posted September 20, 2022 #1 Share Posted September 20, 2022 If I am reading the Princess website correctly (it appears to just have been recently updated on Sept 19th) - if you are on a cruise that does not depart from Greece (even tho you will be visiting Greece during your cruise), you no longer need to test and you no longer need to have a booster shot. Am I correct with this?
Rare Host Jazzbeau Posted September 20, 2022 #2 Share Posted September 20, 2022 That should be the policy – it matches most other cruise lines. This is a local (Piraeus Port) regulation, so nobody has seen the rule in writing but most cruise lines are interpreting it this way. Azamara has a series of cruises between Piraeus (for Athens) and Ravenna (for Venice): Passengers embarking in Piraeus need to be tested; Passengers dis-embarking in Piraeus do not; one-day calls at Greek ports do not require testing.
