Refreshment Drink package on Vision class ship for a non-coffee drinker?

So the Refreshment drink package is on sale for $23.  This puts it into my consideration range, but I don't drink coffee or OJ.  Are there places to get smoothies or milkshakes on the smaller ships, specifically Enchantment?  Is there a place to get a Chai latte or even a flavored steamer?

Cafe Lattitudes should have that.

It might depend on the ship, but last December on the Anthem OTS,  milkshakes at Johnny Rockets were included in the Refreshment package.

On Rhapsody (a vision class ship), there were no milkshakes or smoothies available. If not having coffee or juice, the things you can get over what's included in the soda package are speciality teas, mocktails and bottled / canned still and sparkling water.

Thank you.  That was very helpful.  Might be why the price is lower than on other ships.  Definitely not worth it for me.
