Vancouver Cruise Departure: Is Covid test needed if fully vaccinated?

Do cruise ship passengers need to get a Covid test before they depart Vancouver, Canada if they are fully vaccinated and  boosted?

I am seeing seeing conflicting information so would like to clarify this.

The cruise I'm taking is a shorter cruise departing from Vancouver and I'll be getting off in San Diego.

Currently yes-- you must be both fully vaccinated and have a negative test within a 2 day window to board. See requirements here: https://travel.gc.ca/travel-covid/travel-restrictions/cruise

I am posting from a cruise ship which left Vancouver on September 16th.  Currently the authorities in Canada are requiring negative covid tests prior to boarding in Canada.  The length of the cruise doesn’t matter.  @princeton123211 is correct.

Yep, need the test.  I'm here in Vancouver now and not only did I have to do the rapid antigen test today for boarding and ArriveCAN, but I also got selected to do the Canadian government random testing when I arrived at YVR yesterday!  That was a PCR taken at their approved test site today. Antigen is negative so I'll be boarding Sunday!
