Splash of Romance....is it worth it?

My partner and I are on the Western Caribbean Charm cruise in November. Its his first ever cruise and I was wondering about treating us (again!!) to the Splash of Romance. There seems to be conflicting reviews on it but is it worth the money? I would hope that any teething troubles will be sorted out by mid November? TIA

It depends....if you look at the cost of each of the items individually, the price of the package is good.  If there are items in the package that you wouldn't use or don't care about. then not so much.
