edgee Posted September 23, 2022 #1 Share Posted September 23, 2022 We want to use Regent air for Australia cruise but want to return home to New York from Brisbane a few days after the cruise instead of flying home from disembarkation point which is Sydney. Of course we realize this could cost extra, but wondered if Regent even permits a deviation with return from another city. Does anyone have experience with this question? DaveFr Posted September 23, 2022 #2 Share Posted September 23, 2022 If Regent has contracted flights from Brisbane then you should be able to use Regent air if you are flying from Brisbane within 30 days of getting off the ship in Sydney. Although we had to cancel, a few months ago we had a cruise ending in Stockholm and a flight home from Dublin. There was no up charge for the flights from Dublin to San Diego. Rare 2012_Alaska_bound Posted September 23, 2022 #3 Share Posted September 23, 2022 We were able to do this in Spain in May. Disembarked in Barcelona then flew home two weeks later from Lisbon. We had paid a flight deviation in order to stay longer, so don't know if a deviation fee would be charged.
Wendy The Wanderer Posted September 23, 2022 #4 Share Posted September 23, 2022 You should be able to do this with no problem. We deviated once, flying home from Guayaquil, Ecuador instead of Lima, Peru, a week after the end of our cruise.
