Star Legend Aegean Sea Odessy 2 October Istanbul Dock

We have just discovered that this cruise does not depart Istanbul Cruise Terminal as shown on the itinerary. Istanbul Cruise Terminal is now known as Galataport and various cruise port schedules show Star Legend departing there 23 Sept and  2 October, but on checking vesselfinder.com this morning the ship is in fact docked at TDI Sarayburnu Port -Hoca Paşa, 8, Sarayburnu, Kennedy Cd., 34112 Fatih/İstanbul. Anybody making their own transfer arragements should be aware as the ports are 3 km apart across the Bosphorus. This has been confirmed by Windstar. It would have been helpful if they had given this information earlier.

Thank you for sharing. Is this change confirmed for both September 23 and October 2?  We embark on October 2.

Yes, we are on the 2 October sailing so I emailed Windstar and they confirmed above port

We arrived there on the 23rd.  No real issues. Disembarked, walked a small distance to get our bags, a very short distance to immigration (you need your visa) and then just a few steps to the waiting shuttles. I've heard Galataport described as a maze. This was very easy.

I have also confirmed this with WS chat for the Legend October 2 departure. Their communication and website have been pretty abysmal for this trip.
