ms Eurodam and ms Koningsdam in Juneau September 26, 2022

Eurodam will be at the CT dock from 1pm to 10pm.

 

Koningsdam will be at the Franklin Street dock from 1pm to 10pm.

 

The only other cruise ship in port is Norwegian Bliss at the AJ dock (1:30pm-11pm).

 

Not a very nice day for these late season visitors - wind and rain is predicted with 1-2 inches of rain.  The high will be 58F/14C and the low 49F/9C.  Sunrise is at 6:52am and sunset at 6:45pm.

They are the last ships leaving Alaska - so we'll see them again next week, and it will still probably be raining.

Eurodam south of Thane - maybe 20-25 minutes away.

 

Kdam maybe another 20-30 minutes behind Eurodam.

 

Dark and gloomy and one big water droplet right now - otherwise no panning and a mostly clear screen.

Kdam making good time again. She seems to get to the dock pretty quickly once she is in the basin.

As Kdam disappears behind the raindrops and then Eurodam, I'm done for today.

 

2 more tomorrow - same sail-in timeframe. Westy and Nieuw Amsterdam - last visit.
