Southern Caribbean - Presidents' Week Feb 2023 - Children

My wife and I are going to book in Feb 2023 and want to know if there will be a large number of children during the presidents' school vacation week.

 

My wife would prefer less children, so would it be better to find another week in February?

If it's a school holiday week, then likely you'll have more children.  Usually the prices are higher these weeks also.  If you want to minimize kids, choose a week when schools are in session.  We have found in the past that the week after a school holiday week seems to be the best for adults.  Cheaper in general and fewer children.

I know schools in Northeast have Presidents week off. But during the winter sailings there will always be a fair amount children regardless of dates. We would pull our kids out of school when they were school age if we found good pricing for a winter cruise....so just prepared.... If you want a more quiet/adult type atmosphere try Celebrity or Princess. They don't have the slides and flowriders, etc which draw families
