How does Casino Free Play work....

We sailed on the Oasis of the Seas in August.  I am a Prime Member and was given a sheet w/ Free Cruises and if I booked on Board, I received $750 in Free Play.  I took them up on the deal and will receive my Free Play when we sail on the Enchantment in February.

 

How do you receive the Free Play?  Can I use it at any table?  Where do I go to claim it?  Will they give it to me in chips or slot play?  How does the whole thing work?

I can only answer as to Princess Cruise.

Once on board, go to the Casino Cage.  If you want the money for chips, they will explain and give you that.  If it is for slot play, it should be on your account when you log in to your first slot machine.

 

The best thing to do is have a copy of the print out for the offer that shows you have $750 free play that you can show the Casino Cage.

Bring your papers or email showing proof of the freeplay from nextcruise (just in case) On the first nite, it will already be on your account, or go to the casino cashier to get it. You can get chips or the slot freeplay. We've done it several times, on last day of the cruise (to get the freeplay).

Freeplay - say you have $100 freplay. For slots you get an account and code ro login first time to machine to activate. Then $100 credit. Ok say you bet $5, no winner.You have $95 freeplay, Next spin bet $5 but win $8. You now have $90 free play to use and $8 real money owed to you. One more $5 spin…ok now have $85 left in bank freeplay. But won $3 so now have $11 of money you can cash in that is real cash not credit. Hope this explains slots. Keep track of your free play as to know when you are out of freeplay or prevent using up your earned cash winnings.
