If you have OBC on your account already (due to rate bookings, cancellations or price protection) can you still have shareholder OBC added on top?

I have now sent evidence to Carnival. Any idea how long it takes to hear back?

In July it took about 2 weeks for me.   But I have heard anywhere from a couple of days to nearly a month.

What is the best way to send the evidence- email, fax or snail mail?

My most recent request took 4 weeks.  I use email to make the request.  I have tried faxing in the past but about half the time the faxes weren’t received and I wasn’t aware of that.  When email is used, there is an immediate email response to let you know your request has been received.

Here is the benefit report, it shows the request must be made at least three weeks prior to your cruise departure date.

It’s the same no matter how many shares you have
