Depending on where on deck 13 your cabin actually is, there is a large overhang from the deck above you which prevents your balcony from getting a lot of sun.  There can be noise from the pool deck above you or from a restaurant above you as we experienced, so it really depends on exact location.  I liked the proximity to the Windjammer, Coastal Kitchen and the Seaplex as we would just take the stairs, but we did have noise issues.
