One of my AI bookings also shows it as refunded but the internet package is still there. Wouldn't it be nice if under Manage Reservation could accurately reflect the following? Beverage Package: (Classic/Premium/None) Internet Package: (Basic/Premium/None) Gratuities: (Included/Will be billed to your seapass account) I bet this would reduce their customer service call load by at least 25% 5 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Maybe you could send your comment to the executive offices where someone with the ability to make changes, especially positive ones, might fix this. Include your CClub number and phone contact.
