I did a chat this morning and they indicated there was no problem with the site. However, I have had issues since yesterday and my husband on a completely separate phone and computer system elsewhere has the same error type messages. casofilia Posted October 1, 2022 #12 Share Posted October 1, 2022 I have just tried to access a cruise in "My Cruise Holidays" through "My Account" and got the "UH-OH" message for two cruise but not a third. Something funny!! As it is two cruises that are starting in Piraeus I wonder if it is something to do with a change in the Covid requirement.
