NCL site down?

Does anyone know if NCL site is down? The app on my phone gives me an error after trying to review my cart and on my laptop I get an error service unavailable.

I can see the site but if you click start check in on my laptop I get an error. By any chance did you just click start check in or already booked

The "View Reservation" and Check-In pages have been iffy for me all day.  Everything else seems to be functioning for me.

FWIW, I too am having issues with both the app and the desktop site.  I did a chat this morning and they indicated there was no problem with the site.  However, I have had issues since yesterday and my husband on a completely separate phone and computer system elsewhere has the same error type messages.  Not sure what's going on but I'm glad it's not just me.....

Came here looking for the same info.  Been trying all day to get into my Oct 8 reservation and get a site error.  I can log into my April 2023 reservation just fine, but not next weeks.

I can access the website and MyNCL, but when I attempt to view my upcoming bookings I'm unable to get there.

Don’t know where NCL has its’ Computer Centre but could the effects of Hurricane Ian be causing problems…?

I have just tried to access a cruise in "My Cruise Holidays" through "My Account" and got the "UH-OH" message for two cruise but not a third.   Something funny!!

 

As it is two cruises that are starting in Piraeus I wonder if it is something to do with a change in the Covid requirement.

It seems to be back up now. Our cruise out of Port Canaveral sailing on 10/22 was inaccessible for a while.

My NCL opens but does not provide any cruise details, no Online Check In etc. 

Same since Friday. Technical Support folks not available until Monday the 3rd.

Yesterday I could not access two of the 12 cruises we have booked; today it is only 1!!

I've been having issues for the past 3 days. Some pages load if I try 10-15 times, but for the most part I've been having issues.
