multi room shore excursions

If you are all booked on the same shore excursion, you can ensure being on the same bus/ group by handing in all the excursion tickets at once when exchanging for the bus ticket.

As far as actually booking the same shore excursion online for someone else, that is a good question.

@mikemoore do you know?

All of that happens once you are on board, as you gather (usually in the Theatre) just before the tour departs. Just make sure one of you hands in the 6 tickets together  (each suite will have 2 tickets when you get to your rooms) in the Theatre. Then you’ll be on the same tour.

This may have been asked but I couldn't find in a search.  Is there a way to book 6 people (3 booking numbers) on the same shore excursion using the online booking?

You have to book each booking number separately by logging in to each account. When we did it (3 ppl, 2 bookings) we did it at the same time, each logged into our booking, discussing over the phone as we went. If you want one person to do it, they'll have to do it by logging into each account and doing one booking at a time.

You might try calling to get it done in one go. I don't know if the Regent agent requires any sort of permission from the other bookings, though. If you have the same TA on all the bookings, (s)he can likely get it done with one phone call.

We currently do not have a way to book multiple suites into the same excursion, so as others have noted above, best to coordinate that by doing so at the same time.
