Formal Night on Prima?

That varies by ship.  On the Escape, you can wear shorts in taste, savor and also the Manhattan room.  Le Bistro and 1 other specialty require long pants for men.

I'm not sure if this is helpful, but this past January I was on the Encore and I think the GLOW party had the highest number of folks dressed up (although we were at like 50% capacity). I don't know if they'll be doing it on Prima.  I'm coming prepared just in case.
