High holidays while visiting Israel

I just noticed that on my Celebrity Apex cruise next October our Haifa day falls on Simchat Torah. Currently Celebrity does not have any excursions listed. Does anyone have experience being in a port on a high holiday and if there are excursions available and what they were able to do.

Check Guided Tours Israel for tours. The high holy days are problematic for traveling in Israel.
