Is OBC used for MoveUp?

This will be our first Celebrity cruise.  We've already booked all of our shore excursions using some of our OBC but we still have about $500 left.  We're thinking about bidding for a MoveUp.  If our bid of $450 is accepted, will they use our OBC to pay for it or will they charge our credit card?

You have to provide your CC# if you submit a bid.  OBC cannot be used.  You also can't use it as a deposit on a cruise that you book onboad.
