Wonder UDP; how hard is it to make reservations once you are onboard?

I'm sailing on Wonder of the Sea in March 2023. Since my fiance and I will be on our honeymoon, we decided to splurge and buy the ultimate dining package. However, now I keep reading that making reservations once onboard is difficult. How was other folks' experience? I especially want to eat at The Mason jar, Chops and Italian Kitchen if that makes a difference. Thanks!

Get an early boarding time and find a specialty restaurant as soon as you board and make your reservations for the week.  It's not that difficult to get times you want.
