Car rental options Port Canaveral

Has anyone had experience renting a car in Port Canaveral for a day?  Are there rental agencies right in the Port we can walk to?  Any help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If you want to walk maybe three miles. They have shuttles.

 

We used to do rentals coming to and leaving ships.  With all the growth there it became a major hassle as not able to handle the amount they sold.

 

We did one in September of last year and Budget had just reopend and we had rental from Miami to PC.  Hertz was down for the count.  Note the hours in the evening not the best.
