Last time I sailed was APR of this year. 

I opted for the soda-pop package.

It was $8 / day.

I purchased it on embarkation day, aboard the Zuidy.

 

This is still an available option?

$66.08 on the 7-Day Rotterdam in December.

$66.08 is $8/day everyday times + 18% service charge. So yes it is an available option. Purchase on board (can use OBC) or before boarding (cannot use OBC).
