Are the Stingrays worth it in Nassau?

i have only ever done stingrays in cayman , which was just an amazing experience. this time, i'll have my kids with me (5 &8) and wondering if the stingrays of blue lagoon are worth it.   we could just do a beach day and save sting rays for a cruise that goes to CG but just trying to figure out what to do with our day in Nassau (port change at 100 days out, so i thought i was done with all the research for this particular cruise) . I'm happy to pay for the Sting Ray experience, but it if it just one or two rays,...ehhhhhhhh....

We took our DD's at the same age to the pirate museum.  At first they were nervous because it was dark, but as soon as they saw a stuffed goat they loved it.  Sting Ray City in GC as you know, is in adult waist-deep water (at best) so it might be better for the kids when they are a bit taller in GC.  Sorry I don't know anything about the stingrays in Nassau.
