I've read that the Concierge will send an "welcome email" approx 1 week before the sailing. Will they be able to pre-book our Dinner at Coastal Kitchen as well as the shows at the 270 and Theatre before we get on the ship? If not, can we do this through the App somehow prior to our cruise? For our last cruise on Quantum, we had the concierge make dinner reservations in CK, reservations for shows that 'required reservations', as well a for the North Star and iFly. Any arrangements that you can think of that you would like you can request of the Suite Concierge and she/he will do their best to accomodate you.
