Cunard (QV) Laundry turnaround times

Hello,

 

I have, from another thread, a copy of the Laundry, specialist & pressing services order form.

 

The 'Regular service (2 days)' - is the day the laundry is picked-up Day 1 or Day 0? Put another way - if I put my laundry out on a Wednesday morning, should it be returned on a Thursday or Friday evening?

As I understand it, put it out on Tuesday morning, receive it back Wednesday evening (but perhaps not in time for dinner).

It generally seems to reappear the next day when I am having my afternoon nap.

Our (non-express) laundry took two and a half days. That was last week on QV.

Next year I am moving consecutively from QV to MSC Virtuosa and need to decide with whom I should entrust my laundry.
