Day passes are sold at the sole discretion of the Spa. Availability has been hit and miss. Pre-pandemic, they would only be sold, if any, on slow port days and never sea days. With the skyrocketing prices of weekly passes, you may get lucky with fewer people buying week passes. On our most recent cruise, day passes were sold on port days for $99/day.
