Health questionnaire

I’m all checked in for cruise 11/12. Except for health questionnaire. Must be a computer glitch, after initial page it won’t advance and accept my input. Will try later today

Same issue here. HAL's quality website strikes again :) I'm sure it will clear up later.

I did the health details on Verifly yesterday and it automatically populated my HAL form today.

Not working yet. Hopefully soon to ensure quick embarkation.

I'm also on the 11/12 cruise and both the Navigator and the website glitched for me as well. I'll try after 5 PM in case the software thinks it's too early to submit.

 

update: I used Verifly and it took. My Navigator app also now says completed. 🤷‍♂️

I’ll try later, don’t want to use Verifly. Of course chat with someone at HAL didn’t resolve issues.
