bed configuration

We requested our beds to be arranged as twins, yet our docs show it as Queen configuration. I realize the steward can separate them when we check in but is there a way to get it done ahead of time? Last cruise when this happened it seemed to take forever to get them done. Thanks.

You could call1-800-Princess. In the past I've never found it took time for the steward to rearrange - maybe you just had an extra-busy one.

The room stewards will usually change the bed configuration in the evening when you are at dinner. You can call your TA and change it or just arrange it with your room steward when you are on board. I am not sure that Princess always listens to what is in your file since I have had to change it once on the ship many times. Never had a problem doing this.

We had asked for double bed, bathrobes and an egg crate mattress both via 800 number and online in the Cruise Personalizer. None of that was there when we arrived, but the steward took care of it all within a couple hours.
