Without knowing the exact answer, it's been my experience that if you use Regent air they will get you to the airport in time for your flight.

 

If you are booking your own flights, even if Regent is providing your transportation to the airport, you should book noon or later. Just to be sure. And, Regent won't sign you up for transportation from the ship to the airport until you have your flight time (encountered this for our Dec Miami-Miami cruise).
