Yes.  $20 per bottle.  You pay at a desk after going through Security.  Some reports of no one being at the collection desk.  I’ve experienced both paying and not paying.  YMMV

 

Editing to add:  I brought one unpaid bottle to the dining room and they charged me at that point.  Wasn’t a problem as I expected to pay anyway.

I boarded the N. Statendam on 11/5/22 with a bottle of wine in my carryon. I expected to pay the $20 corkage fee at the FLL port.  The woman at the xray machine asked if that was a bottle of wine in my bag.  I responded yes and expected to be directed to a desk to pay the corkage fee, but she just waived me on.  So, yes you can bring wine, but be prepared to pay the corkage fee.

HAL requires wine bottles to be in hand carried luggage, not checked bags.

 

If they find it in your checked luggage, They will keep the luggage and you will be called to the “naughty room” to open the suitcase. They will charge you $20 per bottle.

May 2022 I brought one bottle in my carrybag in Trieste (italy). No one said a word. (but Italians are not big on rules)
