Fish & Chips Posted November 19, 2022 #1 Share Posted November 19, 2022 We have booked a cruise with P&O Australia for January 2024. Unfortunately we need to cancel. This has proved to be an ordeal. I submitted an online form and eventually received a reply. BUT the reply was to contact them by phone and informed me that the final payment was due on the 16th November 2022. This is incorrect because it is not due until November 2023. We hold Australian bank accounts so we paid the deposit in AU dollars. I'm really unhappy with P&O Australia customer service.
