Booking Shore Excursions Prior to Sailing-New ones added?

We just started looking at booking Shore excursions for our upcoming trip on the Celebration at the end of Feb 2023. I wasn’t aware that we were able to book with onboard credit prior to sailing, so we’ll be doing that. A couple of questions:

1. If we change our minds and want to cancel and rebook a different excursion, can we do that prior to sailing with no penalties? Do they just gives us the OBC back so we can rebook?

2. Will new excursions for any of the ports of call (San Juan, Amber Cove, St.Thomas) be added or are they all set for 2023? Was hoping we’d see more options for San Juan specifically.

1 - yes you can cancel and rebook with no penalties. refund goes back to the original payment method you used to make purchase

2- it is possible for excursions to come and go with new ones added and some removed. better to check every now and then
