Now Princess is saying there is nothing attached to his account. Any ideas as to what to do now? Today I spent 3 hours on the phone with no help. Customer service seems non-existent. Not to say those with Discounts don't get hassles too. I think I've tried every phone# out there. I'm ready to email every Princess contact I can come up with, to get something resolved. At least I will have a paper trail. Especially when we have Book By dates, and they don't reply or Say they will call you back before then? Not so. Also, Don't fall for the "a Supervisor will call you back. Either they have way too many to contact, don't exist, or its a delay tactic. I've been told that Supervisor baloney over a dozen times. Good luck with the frustrating journey to Casino booking.' If you are one of the lucky ones to get a hassle free casino booking? Count yourself lucky!
