Just wondered if anyone knows whether it is more cost effective (read *cheaper* here) to take a taxi from the Amtrak station to the Hilton or to arrange for a car to meet us through a local company. The same question for transportation from the Hilton to the pier.

I plan to also post this on the New Orleans board, but much more traffic on this one!
