Mdta Posted November 28, 2022 #1 Share Posted November 28, 2022 Myself and 3 friends are cruising on Jan. 30. We would like to sit together at dinner. We have three separate reservation numbers. How can we link them so we can all sit together at early traditional dining?

You can send an email to rcldining@rccl.com about two weeks out to ask for that.
jcc1025 Posted November 29, 2022 #3 Share Posted November 29, 2022 We also did it through the RCCL web site if you are registered.
Gabrielle R. Posted November 30, 2022 #4 Share Posted November 30, 2022 My sister in law is traveling with us. I helped book her cruise, Royal helped to link our reservations. And then they put the 4 of us together for dining. So if you have the time I’d call and check if they can seat you together
SilkySal Posted November 30, 2022 #5 Share Posted November 30, 2022 I usually link our group's individual reservations on-line myself. You can also call your travel agent to link reservations for you; if no TA, you can call an RCI agent as well. We always head to the MDR first thing when we board the ship to confirm our dining reservations are together. Cheers!
DukeASUGirl Posted December 3, 2022 #6 Share Posted December 3, 2022 My parents and I have MyTime Dining, and I'd like to link the reservations so I can book things for them. How do I do that?
Matt1jus Posted December 3, 2022 #7 Share Posted December 3, 2022 Hi. We are just off a 6 day cruise with 3 other couples, all with separate booking numbers. I linked all our bookings for MTD on the royal Caribbean app. Very easy and we all enjoyed all our meals together.

SE fla Posted December 3, 2022 #9 Share Posted December 3, 2022 I think everyone with a different booking number needs to call Royal and give a verbal consent for the linking of reservations to happen.
Nessa1dc Posted December 3, 2022 #10 Share Posted December 3, 2022 Just call RCCL and have the reservation numbers and say that you would like them linked. The other parties may need to call after you and approve it....that's all. Do this for traditional or my-time dining.
ATSEAMYLIFE Posted December 3, 2022 #11 Share Posted December 3, 2022 I linked our three reservations on the www site months prior to sailing. Then every time I went to book anything using the app on board it showed the other three family members and asked if I wanted to include them in the reservation. I used it twice for specialty restaurant reservations and the KSC post-cruise shore excursion. If doing the MDR I would go there immediately upon boarding and make sure they have it correct. Weeks prior to boarding I tried to make Thanksgiving dinner RSVP's at 150 CP for all five of us on three bookings and for some reason it won't let me make it for our adult grandson. I could link and reserve for our son and his girlfriend, but not the grandson. I had to just access his reservation and make a single one for him at the same time as us. Not necessary if you have everybody's booking number you can do it on the www site.
SE fla Posted December 4, 2022 #13 Share Posted December 4, 2022 Necessary if your calling on price reductions and changes to the booking.
