Always Cruising Posted November 30, 2022 #1 Share Posted November 30, 2022 I seem to remember that $200 was the OBC for shareholders on a 14 day cruise. But I only rec'd $100. Anyone notice a recent change? TIA

Rare mking8288 Posted December 1, 2022 #5 Share Posted December 1, 2022 Our last 14 days (Jan 2019) "Escape" to West Caribbean & Mexico had already been reduced to just $100 for the cabin, or $50 p/p x 2 ... same as sailing for 7 or 10 days. Checked my notes & the confirmation of updated Amenities ... 15 days and longer, then it bump up to $250 or $125 x 2 for the cabin. And, there aren't too many 15+ days on NCL's cruise horizon ahead.

jebhoward3 Posted December 1, 2022 #8 Share Posted December 1, 2022 Wording can be confusing as a 15 day cruise is a 14 night cruise and a 14 day cruise is a 13 night cruise. A 14 day cruise is not a 14 night cruise..
jebhoward3 Posted December 1, 2022 #9 Share Posted December 1, 2022 When they say 15 day cruise they are counting the day you board the ship as day 1 and the day you get off the ship as day 15, not 24 hour days.

If you get off the ship on day 15 it would be listed as a 14 day cruise. Not quite 24 hrs because you board late in the day, disembark early. Its based on the number on nights you are on the ship, not calendar days.
